When we do purchase disposables, we always choose Pampers. Initially, we tried a few different brands, most notably store brands, since we figured we might be able to get away with cheap diapers since we wouldn't be using them often. Boy was that a mistake! After plenty of leaks (some grosser than others), we decided to always stick with the brand we knew we could trust.

Our kiddo is a very active 13 month old - walking, climbing, starting to run - and we need a diaper that stays in place. She is also a bit of a "super soaker," so we also need high capacity and super absorbency. And since we primarily use disposables when we travel, we need them to be less bulky. In short, we have lots of demands on a diaper. Pampers fit the bill perfectly.

Get your Pampers Cruisers Ultra Diapers Count Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-84101793047861380232012-08-31T04:43:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.831-07:00Love them
Munchkin Super Premium Diapers Pounds

I'll admit that I am VERY picky when it comes to diapers! The ONLY diapers I would use on our baby was Pampers Cruisers before trying these. But, I got a box of these Munchkin size 4 diapers for 7 cents a diaper and couldn't pass up the deal! So...They passed my tests!! I love everything about them! The consistency is great, it's not too soft and mushy when wet like others. Sometimes diapers are so loosey-goosey that when they get wet, they start falling apart and getting soggy, sometimes even making their pants wet. These stay dry on the outside! No leaks! I love how the back has the little elastic at the top of their bum to help hold in and prevent blow outs! The area fitting around the legs has a great design with two layers of elastic lining to prevent ruining clothes from leaks out the sides. The tabs stick very well, and the sides aren't too stretchy to where they end up so skinny they dig into the baby's rolls! They are just right, and look very comfortable so when they sit they aren't digging into their skin. There isn't a heavy smell to them either like some diapers. I don't like my baby smelling like a feminine pad! The designs are super gender neutral and very cute! I'm so pleased and am sharing this information with all my friends! I'm so thankful for these awesome, affordable diapers! He is fully potty trained and only wears diapers at night to prevent bed wetting. After being throughly frustrated and annoyed at the leakage from the Seventh Generation diapers I tried these and I will never go back! They are PERFECT for little boys at night time. The top is tall/long enough to cover their bellies and protect against leakage from the top -- which was the major problem with my son. Also, they are so comfortable for toddlers that are potty trained that they actually keep them on at night -- my son has a habit of taking of his diaper off mid-way through the night. Bottom line - if you are at your wits end and are tired of cleaning sheets on a daily basis try these - they are fabulous!
Get your Fisher Price Happy Nights Diapers Jumbo Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-40255241779051499702012-08-29T15:56:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.792-07:00The blue streak continues
Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive Diapers Economy

These diapers work very well, and although the style periodically changes as I've read others mentioning, they are good. The latest shipment I received no longer has a yellow stripe that turns blue to show when it's wet, but that's not really essential to me, as the fullness of the diaper tells me what I need to know. The one thing that I do like is that the inner lining (which touches baby's bottom) is the smooth material, as opposed to the mesh lining which I've heard others found was not as comfortable for the baby. A previous shipment I had was with the mesh lining and I didn't notice any problems, but it did sometimes leave an imprint on baby's bottom; the main thing is that the smooth lining seems to work very well and leave no mark or irritation. I do have very mixed feelings about all the of the waste created by diaper use, but these ended up being the most economical and practical solution for us, and the diapers hold a lot well, so we're hopefully using them as effectively as possible! The pricing on Amazon is also very competitive which is great, too.
Get your Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive Diapers Economy Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-85777671787613957552012-08-28T08:51:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.785-07:00Works better than Pampers.
Huggies OverNites Diapers Size Count

Like lot of people, I'm looking out for ways and products to aid the environment and be more green. I'm a first time mom and I wanted to find something a little more green for diaper for my newborn. I had ordered the new born size before I went into labor. After I came home from the hospital I started using this diaper..... the diapers were leaking too often. I was worried and switched to pampers dry.... he started to develop diaper rashes inspite of applying petrolatum during every diaper change. So I switched back to huggies pure and natural, his rashes started to reduce, but the leaking problem started. I didn't want to give up on this brand, because it was huggies, so I decided to give this another try, so I ordered size 1 (my son is a big baby... 8.3lbs at birth) and that did the trick. So the first time around it was not the brand but the size that caused the leakage. Now my son is happy without any rashes and wet diaper and so am I. Sometimes he goes on without a diaper change for about 5 to 6 hours and never has it leaked after the size upgrade. Now I've ordered size 2 and my son is 2 months old. So for people having leaking trouble, try a bigger size. One advice - I was told that a new born might go thro' about 10-12 diapers a day and I could use new born size for upto a month and half. So I enrolled in the amazon subscribe and save program (btw, it is great time and money saver and the best part is you get what you ordered at your door step in two days with Prime Shipping) and by the time I delivered, I had about 300 diapers on hand-a months supply. But I couldn't use more than a 50 before I had to upgrade to size 1. So wait to find out your child's size and then stock up.

Get your Huggies OverNites Diapers Size Count Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-4527004667236285772012-08-27T03:58:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.776-07:00Size 1 - love!
Huggies Pure Natural Diapers Count

Like lot of people, I'm looking out for ways and products to aid the environment and be more green. However, as our infants bowel movements started to get bigger, we started having "blow outs". All up his back and into his onesie - GROSS. We were given some Huggies by some friends and after a week, we noticed that, while bug was still having his bigger bowel movements, fewer of them were making it out of the diaper. Certainly, the Huggies were more stretchy, had a softer outer covering, but I wasn't really moved by the asthetics of the diaper - I was looking to have fewer onesies that needed hand washing and the Huggies provided that. No leaks out of the leg holes, very few up his back and they absorb wee like champs! We switched our subscription to try it for a month and I am so happy with them that I think we will be sticking with Huggies for the duration.
Get your Huggies Little Diapers Economy packaging Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-74636178325838837232012-08-25T03:42:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.740-07:00Great Fit, Does What it is Supposed to Do
Pampers Splashers Disposable Pants Count

The Pampers Splashers Size 3-4 Disposable Swim Pants are pretty easy to put on and you just tear the sides to take them off. They are great for any trip to the pool or beach. The purpose of a swim diaper is to hold in solid waste without retaining much liquid. This means that if you leave your 1 year old in a swim diaper for too long, you will have pee all over. The point isn't to have the functionality of a normal diaper, the point is to keep fecal matter out of the pool. While a normal diaper will probably contain most 'insults' even during swimming, they almost instantly balloon to enormous girth as they become saturated with pool water. This makes them uncomfortable for the child and unpleasant to wear outside the pool as your child is going to be soaking wet.

With the Pampers Splashers, my daughter can go in and out of the pool over and over without any fuss or discomfort. If it's going to be a while out of the water, we switch to a normal diaper. At the price amazon sells these Splashers for, you don't have to worry about going through 2 or 3 Splashers for a trip to the beach or pool.

Make sure you wait to put the Splashers on until close to when you are entering the water, or at least don't give your kid much to drink in the meantime. They will hold some liquid, but not a good pee's worth.
Get your Pampers Splashers Disposable Pants Count Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com10tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-76105697647647680982012-08-24T10:24:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.721-07:00great!
Lost Your Job What ebook

These diapers work so great for our son!! These are the only ones that never leaked. Also, I wanted to use up all the luvs and huggies I got for gifts but I wish I had just spent the money for these. I ruined so many outfits and had to do the full poopy dipe change (sheets, blankets, etc.) in the middle of the night so many times with him in other diapers. For a while anyone who was holding him would panic if they heard or smelled anything because those other diapers wouldn't hold his forceful breastfed pooh. These only leak occassionally. I guess no diaper is perfect. Also, the mesh is AMAZING. His butt is almost CLEAN after a blowout. So, he has never had diaper rash. You wont have to worry about your baby sitting in "flesh eating acid", as we jokingly refer to baby pooh as, if you cant change it the seconds after they go. Best Alternative to Harmful, Natural Wipes
DermaH2O WaterWipes

This is a great wipe! Baby and I both love it. It works well to clean everything off, anywhere--and the extra "grip" it provides by being just cloth and water, works to get everything off her bottom, or sticky, crusted food off her face. We use them for hands, feet, face, all over--baby, Mama and Papa! No rashes, no problems, no toxins, no worries. Total peace of mind. This is a simple, effective wipe--and no other ingredients are needed. And we have had absolutely no problem with mold (and I have a mold allergy, so I was concerned because of some reviews), and we take them out of the pack and put them in our wipes dispenser. As long as you use them and use them up regularly, you should have no problems!

Mamas who prefer wipes that smell fancy and are loaded with ingredients, consider first your child's safety. The benefits of this pure, healthy, safe wipe outweigh the perceived "costs" of losing the harmful ingredients! You are responsible for your child's health and well-being, and so many of the ingredients, even in the "natural" wipes, are dangerous: linked to ADHD and liver-kidney issues (Sodium Benzoate, etc.--we stopped using 7th Gen wipes after their new formulation which bumped this up to 2nd ingredient), fragrances are endocrine/hormone disruptors which can affect their development when absorbed through the skin, paraben preservatives are carcinogenic, etc. Even tea tree oil and lavender--volatile plant oils--were recently classified by the EWG as endocrine disruptors and carcinogenic (because they are estrogenic), after a study was done which found pre-pubescent breast growth in young boys, all three of whom used lavender and tea tree oil products. (Google for the article.) After doing in depth research, it was found that these oils have an estrogenic effect that can affect development in both boys and girls, and are now advised to be avoided by many health care professionals and environmental doctors. Go with these and you can be worry free!
Get your DermaH2O WaterWipes Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-6348085263036976602012-08-18T12:52:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.647-07:00Baby-Dry Diapers-The best
Pampers Baby Diapers Economy Count

I am a stay at home Mom with 4 children. I have been buying diapers for the past almost 11 years and Pampers Baby Dry is hands down the best diaper on the market, and believe me I have tried them all! All of my kids have been "super soakers" when it comes to pee. These diapers way out perform any other brand including major brands and department store brands. The major selling points for me are:
1. They are thin, easy to pack 5 in a diaper bag.
2. Easy to unfold with one hand (if you, like me frequently have to use the other hand to keep baby still)
3. tabs are easily opened without extra unfolding and don't rip off like several other brands.
4. Doesn't leave residue on baby or smell like pee when really soaked.
5. wider in the front to prevent baby from peeing out the side (and my kids are experts at this)

One thing that may be helpful is to remember that Pampers fit better on children that are long and skinny. If your baby is short and really chubby in the bottom, then Huggies will fit your baby better. This, I believe, explains the few complaints about Pampers not fitting or leaking.

Hope this review was helpful!
Get your Pampers Baby Diapers Economy Count Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-21479235206863779062012-08-17T13:53:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.644-07:00Awesome diapers, can't beat the price.
Luvs Ultra Leakguards Diapers Count

These diapers work so great for our son!! We tried every other brand and they just weren't for us! My son pee's A LOT, and we had a very hard time finding diapers that wouldn't leak! We tried huggies and pampers and both leaked really bad! Some one suggested that I try the LUV's brand, just to see if it was any different! And Oh my gosh!!! It was night and day!! We have been using these diapers for over 4 months now and NOT ONE leaky diaper!! I do have to say that I think the LUV's run a little small, but that actually works great for us! My son is really tall but thin, and we think thats why we had so many leaks with the other brands. These diapers are super absorbent! And have absorbing, stretch leak protection along the sides! I love that the diapers smell like baby powder! lol It just adds to the good baby smell!! All in all!! These diapers worked great for us! But every baby is different, so buy a smaller bunch to see if they work for you first...and then if they do go ahead and order this big box!!
Get your Luvs Ultra Leakguards Diapers Count Now!apartmentreviewhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07174359286877114516noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650705739605101313.post-72680592109029318442012-08-16T12:52:00.000-07:002013-05-11T11:48:12.640-07:00Great Price
Pampers Baby Fresh Wipes Count

Being parents of a premie who started life at less than 2 lbs, we were very careful on how to take care of him when he finally came home from the hospital. They held leaks way better than Pampers and Luvs and were easier to put on and have a stretchier fit around the sides. I had to recently switch to the Stage 2 up to 18 lbs Huggies because he put on weight in his belly and made the tabs loose enough that his piano fingers could pull the diaper off! But that wasn't the diapers fault so I can't hold that against them. We're still on the stage 2's and love them as much as these. Huggies is the only brand name we buy and the only brand we would buy for others. Nobody wants to pick up their baby and find their pajama bottoms are soaked and so is the mattress! We've never had the bursting crystal issue. These are the only thing that will keep him dry at night. I'm a little weary to subscribe now, even knowing they work great for us, because of the bursting crystal issue other people have sited, but I know they have been fine for us.

Update 9/17/11: My son eventually started wetting through these night diapers as well, so we have had to switch to using a very thin poise pad with our regular daytime diapers and he is hardly wet at all in the mornings. With huggies and most other diapers I always had to change cloths because it would seep threw onto his pants. With the swaddles I do not have that problem at all. I can not swear to you that you will love them because every single persona nd baby is different. But For me they are the best out there after the swaddles. But I would still run back to the swaddles if they made larger sizes.

OH and I can tell a difference in his walking and running in the Cruisers. He seems more at ease if that makes since.
